The
firm of S.G. Holding & Partners was founded by Sid Holding
in 1978 and has since that time provided solid, professional
advice to its clients. From its beginnings as a firm covering
all aspects of insurance, including general insurance contracts,
it has evolved over the years to its current position where
the firm now concentrates solely on life, pensions and investment
business, for both individual and corporate clients.
How we work...
When we first meet, we will usually start by discussing your
aims and needs in general before going on to conduct a thorough
financial review.
Following our review, we will take time to consider your situation
and needs in detail, before writing a full report of our conclusions
and presenting it to you at a subsequent meeting. We will
then discuss our conclusions and recommendations with you
to agree on the action to be taken.
How we get paid...
In a manner similar to other professionals such as Solicitors,
Doctors or Accountants, we give professional and accountable
advice, for which we are entitled to charge a fee. However,
in most cases our clients can choose to use an alternative
method of remuneration. The product providers we recommend
will pay us a marketing allowance or commission in return
for our recommendations, and when such a commission is received
by ourselves, it will not be necessary for us to charge a
fee directly to the client. Full details of both options will
be discussed with all clients before we under take any chargeable
work.
